14.02.2008 - Sanovo Solutions Signs Contract to Deliver Eggshell Dryer in Canada

A Canadian producer of hardboiled eggs has ordered a Sanovo eggshell drum dryer (ESD-D) for treatment of eggshells. The egg processor was encountering increasing problems due to the large quantity of eggshells. With the Sanovo dryer, he has now found a perfect solution to reduce his costs. The dryer, which has a capacity of 2000 kg shells/hour, will be installed at a small feed mill nearby and the dried eggshells will be used as ingredients in animal feed.

26.03.2008 - Sanovo Solutions to Speak at German Conference

Sanovo Solutions has been invited to make a presentation on the subject valorisation of waste and wastewater in the egg processing industry at the forthcoming German conference “Egg and Egg Technology”. The conference, which takes place in Leinfelden-Echterdingen (Baden-Württemberg) on April 14th and 15th, has been arranged by the German Agricultural Society (DLG). 29.10.2007 - New Agent for Sanovo Solutions in Poland

Sanovo Solutions is pleased to announce that Andrzej Swierad, Elfin Consulting, will from now on operate as agent for Sanovo Solutions on the Polish market. With a long-year experience in the egg processing industry and a background as technical engineer, Andrzej will strengthen the position of Sanovo Solutions on the Polish egg market. 06.06.2007 - Official Inauguration of New Incineration Plant

Sanovo Solutions officially inaugurated its incineration plant for eggshells and trays on 1 June 2007. The event was a great success and was well attended by people from the egg industry, business partners, and other supporters. 15.05.2007 - Sanovo Solutions Signs Contract to Deliver Eggshell Dryer

The Dutch egg product manufacturer Egg Products Ospel has ordered a Sanovo shell dryer for treatment of eggshells. Ospel produces 500 tonnes of liquid egg product per week, and was facing problems due to the high quantities of eggshells generated. European legislation prohibits land spreading of eggshells without previous heat-treatment, and the Dutch authorities were starting to enforce these requirements. With the Sanovo shell dryer, Egg Products Ospel may now use the shells for land spreading, or even for other purposes, as the shells have been sterilized during treatment. The Sanovo shell dryer is very cost competitive and offers an extremely efficient drying. The capacity of the drying system ranges from app. 500 kg to 2000 kg eggshells per hour.
