Intelligent Energy Consumption in the European Egg Processing Industry (IEC)

In collaboration with 8 partners throughout the EU, Sanovo Solutions has applied for funding for a new project under the European programme Intelligent Energy Europe. The main idea of the project, called IEC (Intelligent Energy Consumption in the European Egg Processing Industry). We are happy to announce that the project has been positively evaluated and negotiations are currently taking place. The idead of the project is to develop a benchmarking tool, which will serve as a guideline to reduce the energy consumption at European egg processing plants and to achieve energy savings. Egg processors can use this tool to compare their energy consumption with other companies from the same sector.

Increased Profitability

Energy optimisations will lead to increasing profitability and improve the competitiveness of egg processors across Europe. In addition to being an economical advantage for the egg product sector, the project will result in reduced CO2 emissions.
