Sanovo Eco-Quick-Lime

This product is produced from the co-incineration of eggshells and egg trays in a biomass incineration plant. All resources are organic and the end-product is CO2-neutral. The raw materials are organic, which means that the final product is CO2-neutral. CaCO3 is present in both raw materials, but mostly in the eggshells. Quicklime (CaO) is produced by burning the lime primarily from the eggshells (CaCO3) at a temperature of 900-1100 ºC.
