Sanovo Coagulated Egg Product
This product is created by Sanovo Solutions’ Coagulation treatment plant. It mainly consists of egg proteins which have coagulated. Drying the egg product helps getting a smaller volume of product that is sterilized as well.Highly Suited for Animal Feed
This product is made of proteins and can be sold to any farms that need protein rich product. In case of logistical difficulties, the product can be sprayed easily on land. The value of the product has been estimated in Denmark with the farmer organization. With the protein content, the product has been estimated at approximately 15€/ton.Characteristics

- Bacteria count: 29.000 CFU/g with no addition of acid
- Bacteria count: 9.000 CFU/g with addition of acid
