Fully Optimised Boiler

Sanovo Solutions supply complete boiler turnkey systems based on combustion of dry and wet biofuel, such as egg trays, organic residual, wood waste, pellets, briquettes, etc. The boiler systems are optimised for fuel economy, using the most modern combustion principles.

Perfect Combustion

An essential condition is the low fire box load. This allows for a complete combustion free of soot, in order to meet the more stringent demands for the reduction of air pollution. The appropriate design of the fire box, with an effective utilization of the radiant heat and the dimensioning of the two subsequent flue gas tube sections, means that the flue gases are cooled as much as possible.

Automatic Handling

The elements of a turnkey energy system are a silo for the storage of biofuel, a boiler system and, where relevant, a storage for combustion residue. Biofuel and the residue from combustion are handled mechanically and automatically to ensure optimal performance. Biofuel is dosed from the silo to the boiler via augers. After combustion, the residue is removed continuously from the boiler via a moving grate system and, where relevant, transported to a storage facility by a second auger. Accurate sensors ensure that mechanical handling results in optimal boiler performance and flawless operation.

Efficient Flue Gas Cleaning

With a separation degree of 80-90% (depending on the particle size), the flue gas cleaning multicyclone meets the demands of a particle emission of max. 100-300 mg/Nm³, depending on the fuel quality. The boiler is made of certificate steel and is insulated with mineral wool and covered with plastic coated steel plate as standard. Capacity ranges from 220 kW to 7,000 kW, hot water or steam with a max. pressure of 4.0 to 16.0 bar.
